At LittleSeed, we are committed to helping you receive the correct and undamaged products you ordered. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with order details and clear photos.
What can be returned?
- Damaged or defective products received in transit.
- Products that do not match the order placed.
- Items with manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection.
How to request a return
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by using our Contact Us page, WhatsApp, or email. Include your order number and supporting images.
Refund process
After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether the return is approved. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days after approval.
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
